Welcome to Virginia Tech’s Sourcing Portal.  On this site, you can browse public solicitation opportunities and submit proposals.

It is recommended that you use Chrome as your browser when accessing this portal and responding to solicitations.

For full details of the solicitation, please click “View as PDF”.  To access a solicitation, please click on the Solicitation Name.

• If you have already registered in Virginia Tech's Portal, click on the Solicitation Name and enter your credentials to access the solicitation
• If you are not already registered, click on the Solicitation Name and then click on 'New Account' to sign up
• Once signed up and logged in to your account, you do not need to complete the full registration in your profile to respond to the solicitation.
